Located in Idaho’s wild and scenic Henry’s Fork Basin in the heart of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, the Fall River Ranch is truly one of the region’s hidden gems. The farming and ranching community of Ashton, Idaho, is 12 miles away and is accessed year round via maintained county roads and highway. Bordering public lands on three boundaries, these 603 acres comprised of open meadows, rolling hills and timbered hillsides, create the ideal setting for a uniquely private ranch retreat. Originating in Yellowstone National Park, one mile of the wild freestone Fall River bisects the ranch as it flows out of the Targhee National Forest on its way to the confluence of the famous Henry’s Fork River, approximately 22 miles downstream. Opportunity

Fall River Ranch represents a one of a kind legacy family retreat with a private steel bridge spanning the width of the Fall River. The bridge offers a unique feature not found on any other private ranch along the Fall River, thus providing added privacy and creating tremendous conservation easement value and additional home sites for an incoming owner. The ranch will also benefit from an extensive stream stabilization and trout habitat enhancement project along the banks of the Fall River. Some minor construction remodel projects are underway in addition to landscaping and aesthetic improvements.
